Oregano Oil for Lung Cleansing

– You should begin by spreading it in your home and inhaling the vapor. If you don`t have a diffuser, just drop 1 or 2 drops on your palm, rub your palms together very well in order to warm it and inhale. After that wash your hands with lukewarm water, especially before touching your eyes.

–  Into warm water add 1 drop of oregano essential oil plus honey. Make sure to mix all the time because essential oils can separate from water.

You shouldn’t practice this method more than 10 days. Overuse can kill beneficial gut bacteria or become toxic to the liver.

Note: Oregano oil is not recommended for young children or infants. Pregnant or nursing mothers should also avoid using oregano oil in any form. It may also decrease blood sugar levels and affect those with diabetes.
