  • 1 pinch of sea salt
  • 1 cup of oats
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla
  • 500ml of water
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder

Preparation:

In one large bowl, add the vanilla , cinnamon and water. After that, put it on fire until it boils. When begin boiling, lower the volume down and add the oats. Let it boil for a several minutes and remove it away. Cover it and leave it for 5 minutes to soak. As final step, add the honey, the salt and stir it very well.
