The original recipe

Ingredients:

  • Pepper and Salt
  • 6 large cut green onions
  • 1 oz envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
  • a (16 oz.) can of diced tomatoes
  • 1 large head of properly cut cabbage
  • 1 bunch of celery
  • 3 lbs of sliced carrots
  • 2 ( 8 oz.) cans of green beans
  • You can also add curry powder, Tabasco sauce, chopped parsley, beef bouillon,  cayenne pepper.

Directions:

In cooking pot mix all ingredients in, cover them in water and add spices. Put this pot on a heat and boil for about 10 minute then lower the heat and simmer until vegetables become tender.

Organic diet cabbage soup

Ingredients:

  • Pepper and salt
  • 1 bulb of sliced garlic
  • 1 Ib of chopped shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 large shredded cabbage
  • 1 rinsed and sliced kombu seaweed
  • 1 diced bell pepper
  • Broth
  • 1 rinsed and sliced leek
  • 2 Ibs of crushed tomatoes
  • Lots of herbs

Directions:

Begin by sautéing all the vegetables, except for cabbage and tomato, in some coconut or vegetable oil. Add the tomatoes and the cabbage, mix very well everything together and after that cover with water and cook. After you bring it to a boil, lower the heat and simmer until the vegetables become tender. As final step add some dried or fresh herbs and simmer for another 5 minutes.  Season according to your taste.

7 days diet plan

Day 1 – Eat only the fruits and soup, such as cantaloupe and watermelon, but avoid bananas. Drink plenty of kombucha, unsweetened tea, cranberry juice and water.

Day 2 –  Eat the soup and veggies, such as leafy vegetables, green, and avoid dry beams, peas and corn. Eat one big buttered potato for dinner. Don’t eat any fruits.

Day 3 – Eat the soup along with vegetables and fruits of your choice. Don’t eat a potato for dinner. Your weight loss results should be approximately  5-7 Ibs.

Day 4 – Eat the soup and as many bananas as you like. Drink a lot of water. You will need carbohydrates, proteins, calcium and potassium, to decrease your sugar cravings.

Day 5 – You can take 6 organic tomatoes, 10-20 oz. of aduki, beans, wheat gluten, chicken, lamb, beef. It’s crucial that the red meat you eat is high quality and free of hormones or antibiotics. Drinking at least 6-8 cups of water is also very crucial. Take at least one serving of the soup daily.

Day 6 – Combine beans, fish, chicken, beef and lamb with vegetables, preferably leafy greens. You can eat 2-3 steaks a day. but, avoid baked potatoes and eat at least one serving of soup during the day.

Day 7 – Eat brown rice, vegetables and unsweetened fruit as much as you want. Eat the soup at least once daily.

Following this dietary regimen strictly will reduce 10-17 pounds of your weight. If you’ve lost more than 15 pounds, you should take a pause then gegin from day one. This dietary regimen can give different results in different people.

Additional tips

While on this diet, cut out fried foods, pasta and bread.
